Course (re)Design Seminar (CrDS)

The MacPherson Institute is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the Course (re)Design Seminar (May 2-3) 2017.
What is the Course (re)Design Seminar (CrDS)?
The CrDS provides a space for instructors to redesign courses of any size to encourage student engagement and student success. Up to 15 instructors from across campus participate in the CrDS to focus on the process and product of course design. During this interactive two-day workshop, participants have the opportunity to explore a variety of instructional strategies and assessment approaches.
Who can participate?
You are eligible to register if you are:
- teaching a course during the 2017/2018 academic year that is either face-to-face or blended*
- eager to learn more about a scholarly and learner-centred approach to course design
- able to commit to the full two days of the Seminar

How to apply
If you are interested in participating in the 2017 CrDS, and can commit to attending the full two days (May 2-3, 9:00-4:00), please complete and submit the online application form. We are pleased to accept the first 15 applicants to the Seminar, so do not delay in completing your application form!
