Mark your Calendars! The Level 1 Instructors Community of Practice (CoP) is hosting Dr. Michelle French, Associate Professor, Department of Physiology, from the University of Toronto. Dr. French will give a guest presentation based upon her sabbatical experiences, having interviewed over 100 instructors on their teaching practices and sat in on 20 lectures at 18 universities in Australia, New Zealand and the West Coast of North America. She will be able to present insights that will appeal both to a specialist and also to a generalist audience regarding teaching large classes.
