A drop-in info session for anyone interested in learning more about the classroom presentation equipment. Pop by and ask us anything about the equipment or test out your personal devices with a CCT technician.
Possible topics could include:
- Starting a Zoom or MS Teams meeting from the podium PC
- Using the classroom camera and microphones with your personal laptop in Zoom and MS Teams
- Using a Meeting Owl – best practices
- Understand the Crestron touch panel
- Using the SMART annotation monitor or document camera
- Basic troubleshooting
