Rethinking your assessments is one of the key recommendations coming out of the Fall Experience Survey and the work of the Virtual Learning Task Force. Join us for this drop-in session where we’ll review some of the options you can consider in scaling back your assessments. These will help as you consider approaches such as: providing flexibility on quizzes; opening up student choice for assignments; submission format options; peer review and collaborative, project-based assessments. We’ll include examples and guiding docs that you can use and integrate. MacPherson’s educational developer, online learning specialists will be on hand to enable focused one-on-one breakout room time to help you with your course design decisions.
