This workshop will walk participants through how to give and receive feedback in a teaching and learning environment. Not only does it articulate what constitutes quality feedback and how to give it, but it outlines best practices for what do with feedback that you receive from others.
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to…
1. Identify the characteristics of quality feedback
2. Practice strategies for giving effective feedback
3. Reflect on feedback given by colleagues, students, and supervisor
