Are you tired of change? Often times, change is out of your control, so what can you do to make forward progress when all you want is for stability? This one-hour Zoom session will teach participants foundational knowledge of Change Fatigue, give them a better understanding of why they are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and apathetic in times of change. Participants will then practice tactics to help prevent and manage these instances.
