Back by popular demand, this workshop aims to engage and support faculty and instructional staff in the new design or redesign a course. The 3-day workshop includes facilitated sessions on course design topics, including constructive alignment, learning outcomes, and assessment. In addition, there is dedicated time for individual work, peer feedback, and consultation time. The goal is to leave the workshop with a highly developed plan for your course. May 10, 11, 13, 2021: Meeting synchronously (on MS Teams) from 10:00 am – 11:30 am & 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm each day.

This programming is available to McMaster-affliated Faculty, Instructors (including Sessional Instructors), Postdoctoral Fellows with Teaching Experience and Staff (including contract limited employees) who teach in formal and informal settings as part of their role including those at McMaster Centre for Continuing Education and the Hamilton Health Science . If you are a McMaster Graduate Student or Postdoctoral Fellow without Prior Teaching Experience we direct to our programming for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
