Call for participation: International Journal for Students as Partners

The International Journal for Students as Partners is seeking writing participation from members of the teaching and learning community who engage in partnership work with students in educational work or development.

What can “partnership” mean?

There are many ways students and staff work together in partnership, including:

• mentoring, teaching, assessing, and peer learning
• researching within the discipline
• investigating learning and teaching experiences
• designing of courses and programs (co-creation of curriculum)
• pedagogic consultations
• representation and governance around teaching and learning

Consider writing about your student-partnered work for publication in the International Journal for Students as Partners.

International Journal for Students as Partners (IJSaP) is a free to publish, open access peer-review journal publishing high quality research articles, case studies, reflective essays, opinion pieces, reviews, and other pieces that explore new perspectives, practices, and policies regarding how students and staff (used here and subsequently to refer to academic staff/faculty, professional staff, and other stakeholders) are working in partnership to enhance learning and teaching in higher education. IJSaP is interested in exploring the processes of working in partnership. The outcomes of partnership projects provide a context for examining the practice of partnership rather than the main focus of submissions.
