Announcing the release of the Year in Review 2023-2024

The MacPherson Institute has released its 2023-2024 Year in Review, which provides a detailed overview of the successes and achievements during the period of May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.
This comprehensive review captures the important work that is made possible through partnership and collaboration with the teaching and learning community at McMaster University and beyond.
“So much of our work is about collaborating with other units and individuals on campus,” says Lori Goff, director of the MacPherson Institute. “Our accomplishments are made possible by both the dedication and commitment of our staff and by the many great partners within our teaching and learning community on campus.”
The Year in Review is structured in four parts:
- Report on Central Programming provides an overview of the accomplishments and success metrics from activities within the MacPherson Institute’s mandate areas.
- Report on Faculty Contributions provides an overview of the work completed to support each of the six Faculties and the Arts & Science Program.
- Report on Strategic Contributions provides an overview of the support the MacPherson Institute’s provided to important initiatives outlined within the Partnered in Teaching and Learning Strategy and McMaster’s Institutional Priorities and Strategic Framework
- Looking Ahead provides an overview of work planned for the coming 2024-2025 year.
