Employment Opportunities at the MacPherson Institute

Four new educational developers will join a dedicated team of educational developers at the MacPherson Institute who work in partnership to support diverse groups of educators in areas of professional development in teaching, curriculum development and revision, teaching and learning scholarship and the pedagogical use of educational technologies.

The four new Educational Developer positions are posted under three job postings on the McMaster careers website:

  • Educational Developer (Accessibility) – 44408 – 2 openings
  • Educational Developer (Anti-racist pedagogies) – 44393 – 1 opening
  • Educational Developer (Indigenous Andragogies) – 44407 – 1 opening

The postings close on April 11th, 2022.

While these educational developers will contribute to the MacPherson Institute’s broad mission and mandate, there are specific areas of focus for each of these four positions: Indigenous andragogies (1 position), Anti-racist pedagogies (1 position), Accessibility (2 positions).
