Process
- Submit a proposal through the Partnered Events in Teaching and Learning Proposal form by March 29th, 2023 (the deadline for submissions).
- Proposals are evaluated and approved by the MacPherson Institute Director and Associate Directors based on the evaluation criteria.
- If the proposal is approved, attend a “kick-off discussion” where a Program and Events Coordinator from MI together with the Faculty-organizer will develop and agree to an Event Plan that outlines expectations, responsibilities and accountabilities.
- If applicable, a Program and Events Coordinator and Educational Developer will collaborate with the Faculty-organizer to prepare for and execute the event and any follow-up activities.
- Where relevant, follow-up events and evaluations to be led by the Faculty-organizer with support from MI, as available.
