Process

  1. Submit a proposal through the Partnered Events in Teaching and Learning Proposal form by March 29th, 2023 (the deadline for submissions).
  2. Proposals are evaluated and approved by the MacPherson Institute Director and Associate Directors based on the evaluation criteria.
  3. If the proposal is approved, attend a “kick-off discussion” where a Program and Events Coordinator from MI together with the Faculty-organizer will develop and agree to an Event Plan that outlines expectations, responsibilities and accountabilities.
  4. If applicable, a Program and Events Coordinator and Educational Developer will collaborate with the Faculty-organizer to prepare for and execute the event and any follow-up activities.
  5. Where relevant, follow-up events and evaluations to be led by the Faculty-organizer with support from MI, as available.
