1. Connection of event to Partnered in Teaching and Learning strategy and/or Faculty priorities
2. Potential benefits of event for instructors across McMaster are evident, plausible and sustainable/lasting
3. Speaker or event offers a unique perspective to McMaster
4. Complete budget with in-kind contributions from the Faculty
5. Value of event to the Faculty as explained by Dean or Associate Dean
