peerScholar provides pedagogically focused formative peer-assessment to deepen, exercise and evaluate learning.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore how to design and build peer & self-assessment, teamwork, and group evaluation activities using peerScholar. The session includes deeper dives into structuring phases, working with different media types (e.g., text, video, presentations), setting up individual and group workflows, and exploring options such as comparative judgement and presentation-based models. Participants will see practical examples, be invited to consider how their existing course activities might be adapted into peerScholar, and leave with concrete ideas to bring back to their classroom.
