Join the MacPherson Institute for a focused 90-minute writing session designed to help you prepare a strong conference proposal for the 2026 Society for Teaching & Learning in Higher Education (STLHE) conference, taking place in Hamilton in June. This session will introduce the range of presentation formats and review criteria, offering guidance on how to position your work effectively. Participants will have dedicated writing time to draft or refine their proposals, along with opportunities for supportive peer feedback. Whether you’re starting from scratch or polishing an existing idea, this session will help you move your proposal forward.


Proposals are due to STHLE on January 16, 2026.


Writing sessions at the MacPherson Institute will be held January 7 at 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm and January 13 at 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.
