Leveraging the liaison model of service delivery, the MacPherson Institute supports strategic and customized support for each of the six Faculties and the Arts & Science Program. A key contact liaison from the MacPherson Institute works closely with Faculty leaders in these areas to understand the unique needs of their instructors and students. Each year the MacPherson Institute discusses strategic teaching and learning priorities with the Deans and develops plans to lead, partner on, or contribute to a variety of these initiatives. Some of these key projects are outlined below.

- Explored a collaborative specialization with the Teaching and Learning Certificates of Completion Program.
